Second Transnational Meeting of WELLFOOD ACTION project

The Second transnational meeting was held in Izola by the University of Primorska on the 28th and 29th September 2016. It included also in a visit to the near croatian partner AZRRI in the Istrian Gastronomy Center. In the first morning, the AZRRI referent presented the partner organization, the Center and the KeyQ project (Adriatic IPA CBC 2007-2013), that allowed the realization of a fully equipped didactic kitchen in the Educational Gastronomic Center of Istria. Finally, the AZRRI representative presented the autochthonus products. The morning proceeded with a trial with local chefs of the didactic kitchen by WELLFOOD ACTION partners and the lunch with local products.





After lunch, the meeting continued in Izola (Slovenia), with the information for the steering group of the project on the update in the development of activities and the  remaining actions to be carried out, together with the analysis of the project monitoring carried out by the GS.


Afterwards, the University of Primorska presented the activities of the WP Communication. At the end of the presentation all the participant were invited to make a guided tasting with sensory analysis of a local olive oil.

On the 29th september, after a roundtable where each partner exposed the activities done within the project, the delegation visited the Salinas of Sečovlje.
